Are you still shipping during the Coronavirus outbreak?
Our USA facilities have been forced shut but we’re still operating our EU based location. We are still open for business but all orders will be shipped from Europe. This will delay shipping times.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship Worldwide with DirectLink. For all US and Canada orders we ship with USPS (United States Postal Service)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each order takes 2-5 business days to be fulfilled, then is shipped with USPS (or DirectLink if ordered is outside the US and Canada). US orders take 4-7 business days to be delivered after fulfillment and International orders take 7-21 business days for delivery after fulfillment.
I’m not sure which size to choose for my order, do you guys have a size chart?
Each product in our list has a size chart that goes with the product based on inches. Please check this.
What is this store’s return and exchange policy?
There are no refunds available for a purchased products. All sales are final. Merchandise may only be exchanged if item is defective and returned in within 14 days of ship date. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to us. When returning items, we suggest you insure the package via Mail or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be processed.
Will my International Order incur a Customs Fee?
Not all International orders will have a customs fee but some may depending on your country of residence. This depends on size of package, country limits, order value and variety of other factors. Customers will be responsible for any customs fee.
For example… the Canary Islands often process a customs free for orders over 100 Euros. It’s often hit or miss whether your item will be flagged for a customs fee in locations that process this fee. You will be notified if there is a fee.
But on small orders, customs fees are unlikely.
I Need to change something on My Order. How Can I do That?
If you need to change, cancel or add something to your order, please contact us immediately. We process most orders within 2-5 hours, and once it has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
We accept secure credit card payments via stripe or paypal payments. We do not sure your credit card information on this site.
Note: If payment is made with E-Check through Paypal, the order will remain on-hold until the E-Check clears.
How Do I Care for My T-shirt?
All of SqueakyChimp t-shirts, tank tops, crewnecks and hoodies should be washed inside out, in cold water and tumbled dry on low heat. For more specific instructions, please refer to the washing instructions printed on each shirt’s label. If the garment requires special cleaning (Like dry cleaning), this info will be listed in the item’s description in our online shop.
How is your apparel made?
All of our designs are printed with latest t-shirt printing technology (DTG). We use eco-friendly, water based Inks to print our apparel. This gives the apparel a softer, more comfortable feel compared to traditional screen print but it is just as durable.
If you notice any off-white residue on your t-shirt when you receive it, don’t worry! This is special solution we use for printing and will come off after the first wash cycle.
